Aldous Lake, ID

We hiked to this lake one day and were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was. There was a moose for a good part of the day that sauntered along the water line of the opposing shore and the weather was perfect. On the way back I found out the trail is technically part of the Continental Divide and I kind of geeked out about that little fact. I've followed thru hiker's blogs before who post daily and one of them had done the triple crown, which includes the CDT and it was just neat to realize I had been on that same trail. Anyways, photos!
