Bleachers


I have been doing lots of these with Jenna lately. Mostly the routine goes like this:

Three bleachers
1 lap
25 jump abs
20 jump squats
50 yard lunges
1 lap

Repeat two times.
Sometimes I go from my house to the stadium and C picks me up. Well, just once so far. Climbing has been limited to mainly the gym lately but we have started going outdoors more now that the weather has started to cool and guess what? I've been leading. That's right. LEADING, with the risk of 25 foot falls from clipping into the anchor where you're inset into the wall, and fearlessly I might add.
